今天發現的一個音樂庫，打著以下的標語：

Free and unlimited listening and downloads
很多人都知道，因為版權的關係，之前全球最大的上傳服務MEGA upload與其他許多雲端服務皆曾關閉過，但是Jamendo竟然能夠標榜著"免費"、"無限制下載"，卻也沒有關係，究竟是為什麼呢？
我也很好奇，於是點進了FAQ，最上面幾個QA就是這幾個問題的解答：

What is Creative Commons?
Creative Commons are licenses that enable musicians to give away their music for free while protecting their rights. They are easy to use and compatible with internet standards, and allow rights holders to authorize (or not) certain uses of their music, such as commercial uses and derived works.
沒有理解錯誤的話，簡單的來說就是透過Creative Commons這個許可，讓製作人們可以以無償的方式釋出他們的音樂，卻又同時獲得權益上的保護。
這些音樂是可以拿來進行商業活動的，不過這個時候使用者就必須要付費給製作人。
如果只是欣賞的話，製作人們並不會進行收費，其實他們也會對有人欣賞他們的音樂感到開心。
當然，要自己成為一個音樂人，上傳自製的音樂上去也是可以的，不過對一般人來說這就比較不重要啦。
上去稍微聽了一下上面的top 10，每一首也都很好聽、有特色呢，雖然都盡是些沒聽過的歌曲。
比起在外面出專輯賺錢的一些音樂，這上面有些曲子還比那些都更好聽呢。
